This is our favorite pizza in Bloomington. As far as I can remember, they have always gotten our order correct and it tastes delicious. We love it!
We ordered pickup from Pizza X West Fri might, first time in a Long time. When I arrived the tiny waiting area was jam packed but my wait time was less than 5 minutes. The young man and woman working the front were super efficient and so friendly. The entire staff seemed to be having a good time while slamming pizzas out left and right. Great atmosphere and our pizza was fantastic!

This is a pickup or delivery establishment. There is no setting here. The pizza is always great. The staff are friendly and always busy. They also have a great variety of different pizza's. I definitely recommend giving them a try.
Based on the service, I'm pretty sure if I had a bad experience they'd bend over backwards to make it right. Guess I'll never know though since the pizza is always delicious and ready when they say it will be. All of the employees are legitimately awesome too, super friendly and seem like they have a great time working together.
Just want to give a shout out to PizzaX West. We were celebrating a sweet young friend’s birthday last night with some pizza. I ordered and the pizza was to arrive 7:35-7:55. Normally, pizzaX minutes mean you’ll have your pizza no later than 7:36. We joke about how you need to actually be really hungry when you order there because of how fast your pizza is going to get to you. Well, a driver had a problem with their car, and we didn’t get our pizza until 8:30. I got a phone call explaining the situation, a 5 off coupon, and free pizza driven out by the manager to compensate for our wait. It’s literally the only time my pizza has ever been late. Ever. We always order from there and about once a week. As a neurodivergent household we like consistency, and as a Momma, I like that pizza x uses fresh locally sourced ingredients. The manager said as she was leaving “please call the store if you need anything else.” I was wildly impressed with how professional and thoughtful the staff were on the three separate occasions I spoke with someone. What a way to turn a hardship into a win. I was so impressed. Our pizza was still delicious.
